Valentine’s Austin is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to assist with digital content strategies, posting, providing innovative content ideas, driving community engagement and managing website inventory for online sales. Experience preferred in creating and managing creative content, working in a fast-paced environment, having a forward-thinking approach to social media planning. This role will directly support Ecomm & Social Media Manager while collaborating with other team members.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills
- Social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Knowledge and understanding of all relevant social media channels including Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging technologies
- Knowledge of Canva and Shopify preferred
- Organization/planning skills to assist with managing a content calendar
- High-level attention to detail
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with managing and growing our online social media presence
- Assist with managing content calendar for Instagram and Facebook content including captions, hashtags, product tags, and collections
- Schedule and publish social media content across multiple platforms
- Setup Products: Import product data from Lightspeed (formerly Vend) to Shopify
- Create or source, edit, and upload media for product inventory
- Find or write product descriptions
- Match images of products to SKUs in inventory management software
- Stage products/collections with all of the approved content for launch
- Enrich product data by adding the appropriate tags and attributes to ensure a great customer experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday 10am-6pm
Experience: Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: Two Locations - Kerbey Lane Village & Davenport Village
