Lacemaker Loretta Caponi opened her first boutique in Florence in 1967.  Today the company is run by her daughter, Lucia Caponi, and nephew, Guido, creating unique hand-embroidered garments and linens.  Dating back thousands of years, Loretta Caponi applies the chain embroidery technique to create intricate patterns and endless color possibilities.
