Returns on full price merchandise must be made within 3 days of purchase date for Exchange/Store Credit Only.
All tags must be intact and items unworn, unwashed, and unused. If there are any signs of use, the return will not be accepted.
Full price items are eligible for exchange or store credit only. No exceptions.

Return requests for eligible full-price items must be submitted by email within 3 days of package delivery. Approved returns must then be shipped within 3 days of receiving your return label. If items are not shipped within this timeframe, we may be unable to accept the return. In cases where a late return is approved, store credit will be issued in place of a refund.
To return a full-price item, email shop@valentinesaustin.com with your order number, item(s), and reason for return. Items not approved in advance by email may not be eligible for refund.

We offer free return shipping; however, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once your return is received, the refund will be issued to your original form of payment within two business days of package receipt. Once we issue a refund, it’s processed immediately on our end. However, refunds typically appear on your statement within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider. Because timing varies by financial institution, we recommend contacting your bank directly for updates once you’ve received your refund confirmation from us.
We are not able to process exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please complete the return process and place a new order.

Valentines offers free shipping on purchases over $500.
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped with tracking and drop-off without signature. Packages are not shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.
Fine jewelry shipments require a signature upon delivery. If you choose to waive the required signature for fine jewelry purchases, you assume complete responsibility for your fine jewelry order.
Whichever shipment choice you make, you will receive an email from Shopify with a link to track your package online.
We recommend grouping items into a single order whenever possible. We are unable to combine separate orders placed at different times, and shipping fees will apply to each.

Every order is carefully inspected by our team to ensure each item is in new condition before shipping. We take special care when packing your order to protect fragile items so they arrive in flawless condition.

For safety reasons, orders that contain one or more aerosol products require standard shipping and cannot be expedited.

- You prefer delivery with a required signature for which an additional cost will be applied.
- You need to receive your order by a specific date.
- You experience any issues with your package (loss, damage, etc.). Please include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the packaging or product. If you choose to file a claim directly with the carrier, Valentines will not be able to issue a refund.

In store pickup orders are available 24-48 hours after purchase at Valentines in Davenport Village. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
Valentines will hold your pickup order for up to 7 days after purchase.
After 7 days the item will be shipped to your billing address at your expense.
Full price items are eligible for return up to 7 days after purchase date.
We’ll match the price if you buy a qualifying item at Valentines and find the identical item for less from the vendor's website.
Valentines does not price match other retailers.
The item must be the identical item, brand name, style, size, weight, color, quantity and model number or SKU. It must be in stock for shipping and delivery / pickup at the time of Price Match.
Price matches must be requested at time of purchase or within 3 days after purchase.
Bring in or email proof and we will adjust your payment to the lower price, upon request. Please bring the entire printed ad, or show the online price or digital version of the ad on your mobile device for proof of price.
No rain checks will be issued for items out of stock at Valentines to match a vendor's price.
Exclusions:
- Clearance, closeout, liquidation sales, damaged, used, refurbished, pre-owned, storewide or category promotions, offers advertised as % or $ off, non-branded items, or prices that only display on a website after guests log in.
